The setting in preferences/processing/"show warning messages" is better placed in preferences/darkroom as it applies to darkrooms module-UI.

But this warning is for processing modules so it seems even better on "processing" tab to me, no?

Yes but all the other settings of the processing tab target settings "Under the hood" - none other directly affects the UI while the darkrooms tab is mostly settings for directly user-facing settings.
