One bar icon for Claude Code, driven by Claude's own lifecycle hooks: bright while working, urgent while it waits on you, dim while idle, absent when no session is live. Click it for the per-pane list (herdr pane, state, how long, why it's blocked, background tasks still running).
It renders truth, so it needs a source of truth: install herdr-claude-lifecycle first — that reporter writes ~/.local/state/omarchy/claude-lifecycle/*.json; this widget only watches those files. No hooks installed ⇒ no icon, by design (there is no screen-scrape fallback).
