0.8.4: DSH guard blocks filtered check output; research blind to GOAL - #54

DSH bash guard now denies verify.sh / test / typecheck / lint output piped straight into head/tail/grep/sed/awk (blockCheckOutputFilter, default on). `| tee <file>` and filtering the saved file stay allowed. The shell splitter now keeps pipeline stages and no longer splits `2>&1` at the ampersand. RESEARCH.example.md + unknowns-preflight: write the brownfield map blind to GOAL — questions first, then answers without reading GOAL or the ticket. Both borrowed from humanlayer/humanlayer (block-test-output-filtering hook, research-questions split). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
