Owner: the debug console (and Setup, slid down) open before a refresh must be open after it; the masked fields must be masked again after a refresh so nothing leaks. The two panel states join the view settings in localStorage; the eye toggles of the masked fields stay component state, so a reload masks them. Build ok,
