Feature request: allow adding URL to an external report

When using a test framework that exposes a detailed test report under some external URL (e.g. uploaded Playwright reports), it would be nice if there was a simple way to add that URL to the pull request / issue comments. For example, if there was a report-url input to the action, the default template could include that. That would avoid having to create a custom template just to add a link.

Thanks, this makes sense as a use case.

You’re right thst this can already be done with a custom report, but having to switch to a custom report just to add a single extra link feels heavier than it should.

Since CTRF doesn’t currently have a dedicated reportUrl property, I’m not sure a GitHub-specific report-url input is the best long-term fit on its own.

I think this would be better solved the same way we handle similar needs in slack-test-reporter: by offering a prefix/suffix option that lets users inject extra markdown before or after the built-in report output.
