Return typed missing, expired, unusable, and valid states from auth.db, and map them to the corresponding managed telemetry fallbacks. Prevent non-interactive telemetry credential lookups from mutating outdated or incomplete auth.db files while preserving migration for interactive paths. Add a current-schema-only encrypted open result and use it to classify outdated databases as unavailable without caching them, with multiprocess coverage for unchanged files and later interactive migration. …arker Make managed telemetry startup, doctor health checks, and the Claude header helper use auth.db presence and typed credential lookup directly. Remove readiness-marker reads and state handling so legacy telemetry-ready.json no longer controls readiness or causes credential access on fresh installs, while preserving the existing login/logout marker writes for follow-up cleanup. Use the persisted auth.db telemetry credential as the sole readiness source by removing marker writes and clears, and delete the obsolete readiness module and path. Keep logout and session replacement deletion ordering, derive provisioning status from credential persistence, and cover the post-logout lookup state.
