feat: redesign the Renderbot page around the Discord requirement

Rebuilds /renderbot so the first thing visitors learn is that Renderbot runs inside the official RenderDragon Discord server.

• New requirement panel: "You have to join the official RenderDragon Discord server to use Renderbot", with a pixel-btn-primary Discord button linking to https://discord.renderdragon.org.
• "How to use" section: 3 numbered steps (join Discord -> open a bot channel -> run a command).
• Kept the existing commands grid and styling.
• Bottom CTA with a second Discord button.
• Updated meta/OG description to mention the Discord requirement.

tsc and eslint pass. Verified rendering on a local pnpm dev server (/renderbot -> 200).
