arm binary support for Raspberry Pi and Bose SoundTouch speakers

Statically linked binaries for raspberry pi linux would be great.
They should also run on Bose SoundTouch devices using arm7l.

I don't have a fitting platform to test in. You may have luck using an aarch64 device and compiling with SPC_TARGET=arm-linux-gnueabihf or SPC_TARGET=musleabihf

Tested with binfmt, either install qemu-user-static or:

sudo docker run --rm --privileged docker.io/tonistiigi/binfmt --install arm

Then you can just

Reopening because it may only require trivial effort to make this possible from x86_64 -> arm32, too. I think by just appending --host we should be able to cross-compile with zig-cc very easily.

Worked on it for just php alone:
