Summary

  • Adds Storybook viewers for an agent run and a workflow run: timeline, ledger, cost, and shape, plus finance, operations, and security bands.
  • Agent runs show the instructions, the tool list, reasoning, what each tool did, compaction with a kept-or-cut breakdown, prompt changes, and director nudges.
  • Plain language is the default. Precise restores the platform words. Groups can be hidden. An observations table opens the matching step.

Closes CL-11309

Verification

  • bunx tsc --noEmit and bunx oxlint on the new files.
  • Storybook at the agent, workflow, and app stories: shell rows show the command, Setup hides machine and runtime rows, compaction lists stayed and cut turns, and Precise restores system prompt, tools, and director labels.

Storybook can step through an agent or workflow run, including the
instructions, tool list, reasoning, compaction, and director nudges.

Tailwind has no bg-chart utility here, so usage bars and the ribbon were falling back to the empty track. Marks now use the chart series colours, the waterfall keeps a tint at rest, and the ribbon is the scrubber.
Cost and duration views dropped denied and failed steps that spent nothing. Playback skipped a start within 1ms, durations could read 1m 60s, and a waiting bar used the action orange. Add agent now mints from the name inside the shared dialog.
The trace row uses the source type and an optional label. Audience and plain/precise switches are gone. Storybook splits that into a multi-run FinOps overview, a single-run FinOps overview, and the detailed workflow.
oxfmt --check was failing CI on the trace viewers.
The row button is an inline handler, so dep-guard requires "use client".
Fading future steps and the clock total dropped below the axe contrast bar.
Agent runs get the same FinOps and detail pages as workflows. The week,
sessions, and observations screens are their own stories. Header, steps,
inspector, ledger, usage, and cost are stateless parts. The app and the
trace view only compose them.
A step is the row and what it did. Shape, the ledger, and the chart were
slices of other pages, so they are no longer their own stories.
A run is one screen for an agent or a workflow. Week, Runs, Run, and
Steps place only the elements a composition hands them. Sidecar, timing,
signal, tool, thinking, and compaction render only when included.
