Release @corbits/mcp 0.4.1 #32

Why

Ship @corbits/mcp 0.4.1. The peer floor changes (@corbits/oauth-core ^0.3.3, @intx/harness ^0.5.0, @corbits/credential-http ^0.1.3) are an install break for older peers, but this repo treats peer range changes as a patch, not 0.5.0.

Include

• The credential-http 0.1.3 and oauth-core 0.3.3 bump from chore(deps): bump @corbits/credential-http to 0.1.3 and @corbits/oauth-core to 0.3.3 (CL-11509) #31.
• The agent quickstart from docs: point agents at the 0.4.0 entries #30, with install pins updated to the 0.4.1 peers.

Do not merge #30 or #31 separately.
