docs: use the plain curl install command in the README quick start - #138

The macOS and Linux quick start now shows the familiar `curl -fsSL https://contextstream.io/scripts/mcp.sh | bash`. The stricter `bash -o pipefail -c '…'` form moves to "Scripted and CI setup", where failing on a failed download matters most, and that section's opening sentence now introduces it instead of referring to a command no longer shown above. Bumps the workspace, npm package, MCP Registry metadata, and the boundary self-test to 1.0.11. Adds the 1.0.11 changelog, covering the account-learning setup and diagnostics controls (#141, #142) and the README install command (#138). Checked on ovh-desktop against main af908d9 plus this change: - cargo fmt --all --check - cargo clippy --locked --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings - cargo test --locked --workspace --all-targets: all suites pass Checked locally: - release_contract resolve-version for tag v1.0.11: 1.0.11 - public_boundary (clean tracked-file copy) and the three script tests pass - npm test passes 6/6 Signed-off-by: escott- <escott05@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
