docs: lead the homepage with the GitHub App - #59
Conversation
The App installs today from github.com/apps/commit-check, and installs are what the paid plans wait on, so make it the first thing a visitor can act on: - The hero's primary button installs the App; it used to open the Action guide. - In "Where it runs" the App takes the highlighted middle card, flagged "Fastest to set up". The Action keeps its card, without the flag. - The Team plan card linked the App repository, which is private, so visitors got a 404. It now links the App guide's Plans section, and says what that section already says: until the plan launches, the App checks an organization's private repositories at no charge. - The AI attribution article and Getting started point GitHub users at the App before the CLI setup.
Newline and tab still move the cursor, so the note now says a commit message cannot send control sequences to the terminal, or workflow commands to a GitHub Actions runner.

Clarify the installation requirement.
The GitHub App must still be installed before it can check repositories. Replace “want nothing to install?” with “want nothing to install locally?” or similar wording so the heading does not contradict the installation link below.

Qualify the coverage claim.
The App guide allows an organization or personal account to select only some repositories. Pushes and pull requests in unselected repositories do not receive a result. Change this to “every push and pull request in the repositories covered by the App installation.” Apply the same correction to the matching sentence in docs/blog/posts/ai-commit-attribution-policy.md.

Before: the homepage's main button opened the Action guide, and the "Where it runs" cards highlighted the Action ("Most teams start here"). The Team plan card linked the App repository, which is private, so visitors got a 404. The AI attribution article and Getting started never pointed GitHub users at the App first.
After: the main button installs the GitHub App, and the App takes the highlighted middle card ("Fastest to set up"); the Action keeps its card next to it. The Team card links the App guide's Plans section and says what that section already says: until the plan launches, the App checks an organization's private repositories at no charge. The article and Getting started point GitHub users at the App before the CLI setup.
The App installs today from https://github.com/apps/commit-check, so the site should send GitHub visitors there first.
