PL/php 2.6.0 is now published on PGXN: https://pgxn.org/dist/plphp/

Adds a PGXN badge to the README badge row, linking to the distribution page, alongside the pgxn install plphp instructions already in the Installation section. The badge deliberately carries no version number, so it stays correct across releases.

PL/php 2.6.0 is now published at https://pgxn.org/dist/plphp/, so point
at it from the badges alongside the existing "pgxn install plphp" note
in the Installation section. The badge carries no version number, so it
stays correct across releases.
