Stark Nova language extensions

This monorepo contains Nova 14 language definitions for Elixir, Go, and Erlang:

• Elixir.novaextension: Elixir, HEEx, and EEx.
• Go.novaextension: Go, go.mod, go.work, and go.sum.
• Erlang.novaextension: Erlang source, headers, escripts, OTP terms, and runtime configuration.

Both extensions use pinned Tree-sitter parsers. They provide highlighting, folding, symbols, indentation, comments, and a compact set of fallback completions without a language server. Nova 14 language-server registry drafts for Expert, gopls, and ELP live in registry/.

Read AGENTS.md before changing the repository. Build and validate locally:

Then follow docs/LOCAL_ACCEPTANCE.md inside Nova 14. Nothing in this repository publishes extensions, creates pull requests, or enables unattended updates.
