requirements.txt file clobbers Azure collection #88

As this SDK is a requirement for the Ansible cohesity collection, would it be possible to modify the requirements.txt from:

requests==2.31.0

to

requests>=2.31.0

Currently when trying to build execution environments for our area, if I have jobs that I need both the Azure collection and Cohesity collections, the requests version gets clobbered as the Azure collection is >=2.32.5

I'd appreciate your looking into this. Thanks.
