Modification of first name and last name in the profile failed

I tried to change first name and last name in my profile (klaus81) but that failed, changes were not stored

hm, actually changes were stored (firstname and lastname) but there was no feedback on the profile-page that changes are saved; and when I opened the profile editor again, the fields for firstname and lastname are not filled;
anyways, on the main dashboard I can see first name and last name, so it needs to be stored
