Restored primary, pressed, disabled, and on-accent palette bindings for Liquid Glass Button and RaisedButton UIIDs in light and dark appearances while preserving the new glass surfaces.
Regenerated the shipped iOS Modern theme resources.
Made PaletteOverrideThemeScreenshotTest reinstall its overrides after capture retries and the HTML5 Material-to-iOS theme switch.
Added runtime screenshot assertions and expanded the native-theme binding unit coverage.
Why
PR #5274 replaced several palette-backed Liquid Glass colors with hard-coded fidelity colors. This broke application accent overrides: the palette screenshot's Raised/Text/Disabled controls rendered with default blue/black/grey instead of magenta/teal. The screenshot test could also silently lose its override after a retry or theme reload and accept those default colors as new goldens.
This restores the established theming contract without removing the Liquid Glass geometry, borders, blur, or materials.

The currently committed blue palette screenshots are expected to be flagged by the next platform screenshot runs and replaced from their real device renders.
