Extension is live on the Chrome Web Store, so drop the pending-review notice and manual/developer-mode sideload steps in favor of a direct store install. Also fixes the sign-in instructions (CodeMie address is entered on the panel's sign-in screen, not the Options page) and drops the now-unnecessary bundled zip.
