Fix dashboard documentation links (drop /en prefix) - #835

docs.courselit.app no longer serves pages under /en, so every "Learn more" link in the dashboard returned 404. Remove /en from the 15 links. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
