Complete the 0.4.3 release inventory after #213 refreshed the assessment date, and record the verified prepublication controls for #210.
The new prepublication record captures all five npm Trusted Publisher checks, package write access, protected release controls, candidate verification, and the successful correction CI. It keeps publication and independent external verification explicitly pending. The announcement includes the correction PR and contributor attribution.
Documentation only; no package content, candidate digest, or lifecycle state changes. The announcement includes both #213 and this PR (#214), with contributor attribution and a release-tag-pinned link to the prepublication record.
Validation: all five Phase 1 documentation tests, tagged release validation, and diff whitespace checks passed. Independent standards and specification reviews found no issues. The maintainer declined the optional preflight fan-out.
The final release-tag links and inventory must be checked again against the actual tag before the GitHub release is announced. Publication and external verification remain separate, incomplete gates.
