Summary

Promote the approved Phase 1 Experimental 0.4.3 release candidate from dev to main.

This promotion includes the completed Human Mode Handoff and Project Toolchain lifecycle flows, the exact 0.4.1-to-0.4.2 and 0.4.2-to-0.4.3 migration guidance, and the coherent five-package 0.4.3 release candidate.

Closes #210 after protected tag publication and public smoke complete.

Validation

  • PR release: prepare Phase 1 Experimental 0.4.3 #211 CI: all contracts, journey matrix, and quality-floor jobs passed
  • npm run build
  • npm test
  • npm run validate:acceptance
  • npm run validate:p0
  • npm run validate:p1 -- --require-publish-ready
  • npm run validate:release -- --tag v0.4.3
  • npm run test:artifacts
  • npm run test:p1-exact-artifacts
  • node scripts/verify-experimental-release.mjs --phase candidate --json

Release controls

The protected annotated tag v0.4.3 will be created only after this PR is fully green and merged. The tag-triggered release workflow is the sole publisher and must complete public smoke before creating the prerelease.
