fix: complete remaining Phase 1 Human Mode flows

Summary

• render a concise Human Version summary through the public Launcher and selected Project Engine
• complete the in-process Human Handoff journey while keeping resume tokens internal
• preserve the typed Agent JSON resume protocol across the delegated Project Engine
• render a complete executable fresh Verify continuation after receipt review
• add public PTY and packed-candidate regression coverage

Validation

• node --test test/launcher.test.js test/handoff.test.js test/prompt-adapters.test.js — 103 passed
• npm run test:authority-contracts — 66 passed
• git diff --check origin/dev...HEAD — passed
• Standards review — passed
• Spec review — passed
