Adds the page content for nytimes-developer-platform, which the previous commit registered: the text, four diagrams and the organization logo that the catalog card uses, and the logos of four projects whose cncf/artwork icons the site does not mirror yet (Istio, kgateway, Open Policy Agent and SPIFFE). The catalog and member data are regenerated, and .cspell.yml gains the product names and technical terms the page uses. Add "scaffolder" to the cspell word list. Drop the GitHub href from the Karpenter and Kubebuilder cards: the detail-page e2e spec and the card link contract only accept cncf.io/projects/ targets, so those two render as href-less cards like other non-CNCF-page projects.
