Move managedplugin from github.com/docker/docker, which has no fixed release for CVE-2026-41567, CVE-2026-42306, CVE-2026-34040 and CVE-2026-33997, to the unaffected github.com/moby/moby/client and github.com/moby/moby/api modules.
