Pull request overview
Updates the Release GitHub Actions workflow so that, after successfully publishing packages from master, it also force-updates the prod branch to point at the released commit. This keeps prod aligned with the canonical released state that downstream “joint-plus” release logic depends on.
Changes:
- Extend the
publishjob to mirror the released commit ontoprod(only when packages were actually published). - Update workflow header comments to reflect the new
prod-reset behavior.

Description
As a last step in the automatic release process, regenerate the
prodbranch to match the current status ofmaster(= what was just released).Motivation and Context
The
prodbranch is what joint-plus logic uses as the source of truth for its own release process.
