fix: bundle MCP SDK and zod into pkg binary - #7

pkg uses static analysis and misses dynamically required modules inside functions. Add pkg.scripts config to force-include @modelcontextprotocol/sdk and zod, and add zod as an explicit dependency so npm install picks it up. https://claude.ai/code/session_01KAa9xS3KDMd9FpSeSH8wpA
