Extract the main constructions of curation dashboard to create a contract and a more stable dependency style.
This is in connection with the changes of the curation fork branch
Main idea is to have a stable interface exposed by the vlo and have the curation dashboard repo not worry about the implemnetation and just consume the exposed contract extension classes.
