…session productivity - UI Redesign (v1.1): - macOS Liquid Glass materials with system-aligned fallbacks (.glassEffect, GlassEffectContainer, reduceTransparency). - Unified segmented navigation bar [Sessions | Usage | Storage] with auto-swapping content views. - Glanceable provider selector pills with attention badges for active/waiting/failed agents. - Honest quota pacing, single-line exact reset timestamps, and progress bars. - Needs Attention styling for actionable agent states and collapsible recent sessions. - Monitoring & Notifications Engine (v1.1): - Decoupled fast liveness polling (~5s) from quota polling (~60s), eliminating false-positive waiting/finished states. - Truthful inactivity downgrade to .idle; preserved cancellation and error states across process restarts. - Native macOS UNUserNotificationCenter integration with custom categories, actions, and deep-link routing. - QuotaThresholdEvaluator detecting 15% and 5% quota alerts, replenishment in next window, and persistent deduplication. - SessionTransitionDetector detecting verified waiting, finished, and failed states while suppressing inactivity timeouts. - Privacy path concealment (path sanitization) and bounded scrubbing ring buffer history store (max 50 events). - Notifications Settings tab with master toggle, granular threshold checkboxes, and test alert trigger. - Session Productivity & Diagnostics (v1.2): - Session quick actions: Focus Terminal/IDE (HostAppResolver), Copy PID/Path/ID, Reveal in Finder, and context menus. - Real-time search & filter bar with status pills (All, Needs Attention, Working, Recent) and privacy toggle. - Menu bar status modes (Icon Only, Active Session Count, Lowest Quota Remaining) with minimal width footprint. - Diagnostics disclosure view detailing provider availability, discovery latency, and sanitized error diagnostics. - Quality Assurance: - 339/339 unit tests passing (100% pass rate). - NotificationProbe: 9/9 verification checks passing (100%). - MenuSizingProbe: layout, popover sizing, and disclosure clicks passing (100%). - SettingsProbe: 13/13 verification checks passing across all 7 tabs without clipping or overflow (100%). - Valid signed release application bundle (.build/Loom.app) with Hardened Runtime and embedded widget extension.
…tive segmented controls, and unclipped usage rows
Use native glass controls and a compact pinned provider selector, preserve readable action labels, and simplify quota styling. Distinguish idle sessions with purple hollow indicators and remove the redundant Copy ellipsis. Replace Claude and Antigravity template PNGs with colour SVG-sourced PDF resources, retaining source artwork and license provenance. Prefer repository assets over older installed copies during local probes. Restore missing Xcode app/core source memberships and update native layout fixtures and documentation captures. Validation: 339 Swift tests passed; direct Xcode app build, app packaging, and native menu layout checks passed during this work.
Connect session search, retained finished filters, provider diagnostics, live menu-bar status modes, and a bounded privacy-safe notification history. Preserve search focus, disclosure state, and per-filter scroll offsets. Measure quota consumption only across two fresh observations of the same known window. Hide rates after stale/error results, corrections, or resets. Extend native glass navigation and adaptive backdrop styling to the Settings window opened from the Dock, retaining standard controls and accessibility fallbacks. Validation: 347 tests, native menu/settings/notification probes, direct Xcode app build, app packaging/signature, and live actual-view fixture interactions.

Loom 2.0 brings the completed native Liquid Glass interface, attention-first session monitoring, desktop widgets and local quota notifications onto main. The README and website now link to the published trailer and accurate provider quota support.
This also isolates demo notifications from persistent production alert state, adds explicit Codex/Antigravity demo alert scenarios, and hardens the release pipeline against unnotarized publication and artifact overwrites. The Homebrew cask points to the signed canonical ZIP and declares Apple Silicon support.
Validation: 368 portable tests locally, a dedicated 21-test regression run, 10 notification checks, native menu and Settings probes through all 13 cases, 32 release-pipeline checks and 16 Pages checks. The signed/stapled app and DMG passed Apple notarization, Gatekeeper, checksum download verification and mounted Finder layout inspection. CI passed after fixing the timer test's fixed 160 ms scheduling assumption; current PR checks must pass before merge.
Published release: https://github.com/chaiwithcode/Loom/releases/tag/v2.0.0. Release artifacts remain tied to tag/source commit 9e8b2f5; the following commits change only the timer test, live video links and Homebrew metadata. No application build input changed after the signed release commit. Exact source/CI provenance is attached to the release as RELEASE_VERIFICATION.json and CI_VERIFICATION.json.
