Updates Mainnet Beta docs for the activated v9 network state: approximately 3-second blocks, a ~2.6-second happy-path cadence, 32 MiB Mainnet capacity and encoded-block limits, and v9 parameter links. Records Mainnet v9 activation at 2026/07/01 18:53:25 UTC and height 11,771,699 with a direct Celenium link, and removes stale in-progress messaging. Restores the "Upcoming upgrades" section with the cosmovisor warning and a v10 TBD note. Validated with
