Updated Entree classes meant to replace the Entree classes (for files, Entree_complete, LecFicDiffuse...) with simpler implementation of stream directly derived from std::istream.
In add 4 classes: Input (derived from std::istream), InputFile (derived from std::ifstream), InputString (derived from std::istringstream), and InputConcat (using a new std::streambuf derived class to act like the actual Entree_complete).
All the diffusion mechanism is handled in Input class directly.
The remaining Entree, EntreeBrute, Entree_complete, EChaine, EFichier, EFichierBin... are just wrapper around the 4 base Input classes, and are meant to be remove over time, leaving only 4 class for inputs.
Since the Input classes derived directly from the std::istream, all the operator>>(std::istream&) overloads works, without require constant std::istream conversion.
Also, since it derived from std::istream, there is by definition always a std::istream available. This was not necessary the case previously in EntreeBrute or in some of the Chain classes.
