Bumps dotenv-expand from 11.0.7 to 1000.0.0.

Changelog

Sourced from dotenv-expand's changelog.

1000.0.0 (2026-07-29)

Added

  • NEW 🎉: Command substitution and encryption are now supported automatically during expansion. (#151)

These improvements bring work developed in dotenvx to dotenv-expand through @dotenvx/primitives.

Changed

  • BREAKING: Require Node.js 16 or later.
  • FIXED: Correct empty-variable expansion to distinguish between variables that are unset (- and +) and variables that are empty (:- and :+).
  • License updated from BSD-2-Clause to BSD-3-Clause.

Yes, the jump to major version 1000 is intentional. It looks cool and this release represents the biggest changes to dotenv-expand in 10 years - adding support for command substitution and decryption of encrypted .env files.

13.0.0 (2026-04-17)

Changed

  • bump dotenv to v17

12.0.3 (2025-09-02)

Added

  • 🙏 A big thank you to new sponsor Tuple.app - the premier screen sharing app for developers on macOS and Windows. Go check them out. It's wonderful and generous of them to give back to open source by sponsoring dotenv. Give them some love back.

12.0.2 (2025-05-16)

Added

  • 🎉 Added new sponsor Graphite - the AI developer productivity platform helping teams on GitHub ship higher quality software, faster.

[!TIP] Become a sponsor

The dotenvx-expand README is viewed thousands of times DAILY on GitHub and NPM. Sponsoring dotenv and dotenv-expand is a great way to get in front of developers and give back to the developer community at the same time.

12.0.1 (2024-11-18)

Changed

  • break logic on runningParsed (#ad887)

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
