fix(offline-sync): parse full user IDs and authorize screenshot attachment - #423
File names. The base name of each archive entry is parsed with ^(\d+)_(.+)$, and the second part must pass Str::isUuid. Any other name is rejected with the existing 400 "Wrong screenshot file name". The full user ID is used now, so 57_<uuid> is matched to user 57.
Authorization. A screenshot is attached only if the uploader passes TimeIntervalPolicy::create for the interval's user and task (isManual = false). This is the same check uploadOfflineIntervals uses ($canCreate), so whoever could upload the offline interval can upload its screenshot:
admin: yes (the policy's before());
global manager, or manager of the interval's project: yes;
the interval's owner: yes, if they are a member of the project or assigned to the task (required to upload the interval in the first place);
anyone else (another regular user, another member of the project, an auditor): no.
If the uploader isn't allowed, the entry gets the existing validation.offline-sync.cannot_find_interval message with success: false and interval: null, the same response as for a missing interval. So the endpoint doesn't reveal whether someone else's screenshot ID exists, and it doesn't return their interval data. No new translation keys.
Why not the update policy: it allows only the owner and admins, so a manager could upload a user's offline intervals but not the screenshots for them. putScreenshot has no rule of its own to reuse (PutScreenshotRequest::authorizeValidated() returns true).
Desktop app (checked): interval/export-deferred-screenshots names the entries ${user_id}_${screenshot_id}. Here screenshot_id is the local interval UUID (v1) and user_id is the interval's user. The archive is uploaded from the web UI's Offline sync page, either by the employee (the owner) or by a manager or admin. All of these are still allowed.
The offline tests now use regular users with auto-assigned IDs. The single-digit admin ID workaround is removed.
Matching by the whole user ID, for IDs 7, 57 and 1234.
Wrong file names are rejected with 400: no user ID, non-numeric ID, prefix before the ID, non-UUID, suffix after the UUID, no separator.
Uploading another user's screenshot:
admin, manager, project manager: attached;
another user, another project member, auditor: not attached, cannot_find_interval, nothing stored, no thumbnail job.
With the old controller, the new tests fail. Full PHPUnit: 403 tests / 2112 assertions before, 417 / 2208 after, all passing. phpcs reports nothing on the changed lines. git diff --check is clean.
Offline screenshots are attached only when the uploader has permission to access the matched time interval; missing or unauthorized intervals receive the same failure result.
Invalid screenshot filenames are rejected, preventing screenshots from being matched to the wrong user.
Screenshot matching now works reliably for user IDs of different lengths, and filenames must follow the complete expected format to be accepted.
Offline screenshot uploads now validate the full <digits>_<UUID> filename and check whether the authenticated uploader may create the matched interval. Feature tests cover multi-digit IDs, malformed filenames, and uploader permissions.

Summary
Filename and uploader validation app/Http/Controllers/Api/IntervalController.php
The controller passes the authenticated uploader to the attachment helper. The helper validates the full filename and sends missing or unauthorized intervals through the existing failure path.
Filename and authorization coverage tests/Feature/TimeIntervals/ScreenshotTmpFilesTest.php
Tests cover IDs of different lengths, malformed filenames, allowed and disallowed uploader roles, attachment outcomes, and token handling.
cattr-app/server-application#424: This issue describes the authorization gap for the online putScreenshot endpoint. This PR applies an authorization check to offline screenshot attachment but does not change the online endpoint.
Offline screenshot attachment now lets managers attach screenshots to other users' intervals, which is broader than the linked issue's update-permission requirement. Confirm that this is intended, or switch to the update rule, before merging. Filename validation is otherwise correct.

Explanation
The whole-PR changes are limited to offline screenshot filename parsing, user-ID matching, authorization, and related feature tests. The filename tests support #420. The authorization tests support #421, although the selected policy does not meet that issue's required rule. No unrelated production or test changes are shown.

Explanation
[#420] The controller validates each archive basename with ^(\d+)_(.+)\z and Str::isUuid, then uses the complete numeric user ID. The tests cover IDs 7, 57, and 1234 and invalid names. This meets #420. [#421] The controller checks TimeIntervalPolicy::create with isManual = false, not the interval update or putScreenshot authorization rule required by the issue. This allows managers and project managers who may create offline intervals but may not update the target interval. The tests confirm this broader authorization.
Resolution
Change screenshot authorization to the interval update or putScreenshot rule specified by #421. Keep the missing-interval response for unauthorized targets and update the authorization tests to match that rule.

- Line 858: Update the filename validation regex used with
`basename($screenshotPath)` so its match must reach the true end of the
basename, preventing a trailing newline from being accepted. Add an
invalid-filename test for a basename ending in a newline; preserve the existing
UUID validation and error behavior.

…hment
- Parse offline screenshot names as ^(\d+)_(<uuid>)$ on the base name;
the old /\d_.+/ match kept only the last digit of the user ID, so
screenshots of users with ID >= 10 were never attached.
- Attach a screenshot only if the uploader may create that interval
(TimeIntervalPolicy::create, the same check as the offline intervals
upload); otherwise report it like a missing interval.
