read-urltool is the most exposed path: it gets user-supplied URLs withfetch, which decodesbrresponses automatically.This moves every Node pin to 24.22.1: the eight service Dockerfiles,
.mise.toml,.nvmrc, thedevEnginesandvoltafields, and the software factory's preflight check. After it merges, runmise install.The Lambdas in the infra repo run end-of-life Node runtimes and are not part of this change.
