add the changlog file about esim-remote-management api

We have added the changlog file of the esim-remote-management api, mainly describing the changes of esim-remote-management v0.1.0- alpha-1

We have added the changlog file of the esim-remote-management api, mainly describing the changes of esim-remote-management v0.1.0- alpha-1

The CHANGELOG-r1.md will be created (by automation) and edited (by codeowners) during the release process itself within the Release Review PR (see the first point within the description of #20 and the documentation of the Release Process in https://github.com/camaraproject/ReleaseManagement/blob/main/documentation/README.md).

Please close this PR here, it would conflict with the Release Automation. After a release is done there will be a PR which will sync the new CHANGELOG entry also back to the main branch.

But more important: the API is not yet ready for a release against the Commonalities r4.3 (Currently there are 134 warnings and 46 hints). You need first to address these warnings. A good part can be addressed by using references to the code/common/CAMARA_common.yaml file (see https://github.com/camaraproject/Commonalities/blob/main/artifacts/api-templates/sample-service.yaml for examples).

Before a release all Validation warnings must be either be addressed or documented in issue(s) with rational why fixing them is deferred. For support with the Validation see https://github.com/camaraproject/tooling/blob/main/documentation/README.md.
