test(e2e): commit prebuilt Appduct playground apps as fixtures

• pnpm test:e2e e2e/appduct-fixtures.test.ts and pnpm test:unit src/source-hygiene.test.ts pass with the fixtures committed
• Changing one byte of a fixture, or one README hash digit, fails the checksum test; git update-index --chmod=-x on the iOS executable fails the mode test (mutation-checked in audit)
• On a Mac: plutil -extract CFBundleIdentifier raw ...Info.plist prints com.callstack.appduct.playgroundnative, and lipo -info names arm64
• Android package com.callstack.appduct.playground found in the APK manifest (no aapt here; read the manifest strings)
• git ls-remote https://github.com/callstackincubator/appduct v0.15.0 prints the commit the README names
• Bundle id, package name and arm64 checked by hand at refresh (a step for each refresh; checked by hand for this one)

Assumptions

• Assumption: extra iOS bundle files — the build also produced AppductPlayground.debug.dylib, __preview.dylib and PkgInfo; all are committed and each has a README table row, since the test requires every tracked file to be listed.
