Seen on origin/main (4ad4791) in a clean worktree: 2 of 4 runs of pnpm exec vitest run --project unit src/leasing src/core src/daemon src/http failed; the file alone passes 3 of 3. Found while implementing #364.

Hey @V3RON, I came across this while looking into flaky test triage. Having to rely on retries to pass builds burns CI minutes and usually indicates an intermittent race condition or timing variance. I'm building an open-source tool called Flaky-Repro that focuses on reproducing intermittent test failures by systematically varying execution conditions.
