Summary

• Replace the static login title with the overview live in-flight demo. The login copy is slower, always on, and hides the card title, border, demo switch, and view-all link.
• Soften the demo chrome: lighter fills, outlined kind icons, formal account and model names, a wider slot column, and a quieter password column.
• Give the Access chat empty state an icon, assistant replies the existing provider mark, and copy the shared console button.

Test plan

• Open /login and confirm the left side plays the inflight demo without a title, border, demo switch, or view-all link.
• Confirm waiting items show elapsed time, slot model names fit, and Done/Failed cards match the lighter layout.
• Confirm the overview inflight card still collapses, polls live data, and keeps its own demo switch.
• Open Access chat and confirm the empty state icon, assistant provider mark, and copy button.
