Summary

  • Soft first expand / re-expand for Overview「实时进行中」: short body opacity (+ mild y) fade after bootstrap; no per-cell stagger entrance.
  • enteredRef stays false through hydrate so bootstrap/live first paint syncs land-gate and never fires a handoff storm; later live deltas keep queue→slot / Done·Failed / FLIP.
  • Mock「示意」defaults off (calm idle zeros, no raf). Header switch enables it; preference in localStorage (cli2api_inflight_mock_demo).
  • Changelog fragment + embedded static sync.

Test plan

  • npx tsx frontend/scripts/mockInflight.test.ts
  • npx tsc -b / npm run sync in frontend
  • Expand InflightLiveCard with live data: soft fade, then real handoffs on deltas
  • Collapse/re-expand: soft again, not full choreography
  • With live unavailable + 示意 off: idle zeros; toggle 示意 on: mock demo returns

First expand/re-expand uses a short body opacity fade after bootstrap
(live projection, idle board, or mock seed) instead of staggering every
pill/slot/fill/outcome, and keeps enteredRef false through hydrate so
handoff flies stay for real live deltas only.

Mock「示意」defaults off (calm idle zeros, no raf) with a header switch
persisted in localStorage; sync embedded webui static.
Prefer color wash + spacing over horizontal dividers and inset hairlines
so the live card reads cleaner when expanded.
