drayage-watch — Public portfolio demo modeling carrier and terminal charge exposure for drayage dispatch. FastAPI + SQLAlchemy 2 + PostGIS API, a framework-independent versioned tariff engine, OR-Tools dispatch optimization over OSRM-routed truck fleets, and a React/Leaflet interface. Automated API and frontend build tests run in GitHub Actions. Uses synthetic fleet data and cited/illustrative tariff snapshots — not a production system.
