H6 follow-up from docs/TODO.md.

Bug: the window marks a terminal pane as having a conversation (hasConversation) when Enter is typed in it; that is what makes a restart resume it. wraithgrid send writes straight to the host, so the window never knew, and after a restart the pane started fresh instead of resuming.

Fix: after pressing Enter, wraithgrid send tells the window through the existing gui relay that wraithgrid new/split already use. A new action { kind: 'sent', paneId } makes the window call markConversation. Neither host's protocol changes. With no window open there is nothing to mark, and send still succeeds; --no-enter sends no action.

Tests: cli.test.ts checks the action is sent after Enter and not with --no-enter; cli.spec.ts (e2e) checks that config.json has hasConversation: true after a wraithgrid send. Also typecheck, lint, 493 unit tests.

Docs: docs/TODO.md is cleared of six items that had already shipped: agy and Codex chat (#41, #40), "Running in background" (#39), file attach, the delete-chat confirm, the sign-in dialog.

The window marks a terminal pane as having a conversation when Enter is
typed in it, so a restart resumes it. `wraithgrid send` wrote straight to
the host, so the window never knew, and a restart started the pane fresh
(H6 follow-up). After pressing Enter, send now tells the window through
the existing gui relay (new `sent` action, no host protocol change). With
no window open there is nothing to mark, and send still succeeds.

Also clears docs/TODO.md of six items that had already shipped.
