Release all six Threadplane packages at 0.0.66, including install collection, development runtime progress, and the thread-adoption fix. Synchronize companion peer ranges and generated runtime version constants so install and browser evidence report the same package version.
Validation: version consistency check, versioned builds for all six packages and Growth, all four packaged install gates, and actual Angular development/production/SSR/opt-out bundle gates passed. Lockfile changes are limited to workspace package versions and their current install/peer metadata. Public agent context was regenerated.
The collector PR #1007 is merged. This release is based on that exact main commit. The release tag and npm publication follow green merge; the controlled production email test follows publication.
