Why: We ship a Windows/WSL2 guide (docs/windows-wsl.md) written from documented WSL behavior — but the maintainers develop on macOS/Linux, so it has never been executed end-to-end on a real Windows machine.
The task: on real Windows 10/11:
- Follow
docs/windows-wsl.md top to bottom (fresh Ubuntu WSL if possible).
- Note every step that didn't match reality — wording, missing packages, systemd/lingering behavior, localhost forwarding, tunnel from WSL, phone connection.
- Report findings here (screenshots welcome) — or better, send a PR fixing the guide.
Acceptance criteria: the guide's "community-verified wanted" banner can be replaced with "verified on Windows 11 (build …, date)" and any incorrect steps are fixed.
No coding required — this is a great first contribution if you have Windows + 30 minutes.
