Summary

Fixes the first half of #14: build and run the test suite on push to main and on every pull request.

Job Runner Toolchain
linux ubuntu-24.04 apt Qt6 + FFmpeg dev, Ninja
macos macos-14 Homebrew Qt + FFmpeg, Ninja
windows windows-latest MSYS2 MINGW64, Qt6 + FFmpeg

Each job configures a Debug build, compiles, then runs ctest --test-dir build --output-on-failure with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen.

The second half of #14 ("register the parser tests with CTest") is already in place via gtest_discover_tests in CMakeLists.txt, so the workflow exercises all 61 tests.

Notes

Fixes #14

Adds a push/PR workflow that configures, builds and runs ctest on three platforms. Parser tests are already registered through gtest_discover_tests.
Linux GCC does not get strlen through other headers, so the CI build failed on gen.cpp.
macos-14 jobs were cancelled before a runner was assigned (runner_id 0), which matches the image being retired.
Windows keeps the file locked while a mapping is open, so removing it first fails.
