[CTX-1562] docs(bar): document padded capsules, active mark and square corners - #180

…orners Record the pinned source's workspace capsule rendering: one-space padded capsules, the `*` active marker with accent/background tokens, `+`/`!` state marks, the inactive `selection` fill, and the square-corner limitation. Correct the evidence provenance to registry #115 (0fa15139) and add source line anchors for each capsule claim. Refs #171
