chore: remove AI automation workflows

Summary

• Remove the AI factory and daily AI maintenance workflows, along with their dedicated helpers, guard tests and documentation.
• Preserve ordinary CI, package-health validation, Renovate configuration and all source, lockfile and test repairs.
• Stop scheduled and event-triggered AI/API work from the default branch; no secrets, billing, repository permissions or branch protections are changed.

Validation

• actionlint passed for every remaining workflow.
• Confirmed remaining tracked automation has no references to the removed helpers or AI provider calls.
• Exact deletion-only diff: two workflows and six dedicated maintenance files; all other tracked files remain byte-for-byte unchanged.

Requested removal; existing CI will be checked before merging.
