Reddit only accepts its own reactions, but rooms didn't advertise which, so clients offered emoji like ❤️ and 🎉 that the bridge then rejected. Room features now list the 32 emoji that map to Reddit reactions (capabilities v12, so existing rooms get the update), and skin-toned variants such as 👍🏼 resolve to the base reaction. Desktop and Android show a bounded picker when the list is set, so Reddit's 14 reactions without an emoji alias can only be added by tapping an existing one.

Live-tested on a self-hosted bridge (build dbba83e = main ce81b9c + #14 at 0144af7 + #15) with real Reddit accounts:

• existing DM portals got com.beeper.reddit.capabilities.v12.dm.blocking with the 32 allowed_reactions at startup (v11, no list, on main); DM-specific levels unchanged
• 👍, 👍🏼, 👍️ and 😂 from Beeper arrive natively as Reddit's thumbs_up/joy (👍🏼 was rejected on main); ❤️ still rejected as intended; removing a reaction removes it natively
• incoming native reactions with and without an emoji alias (joy, upvote) unchanged; downtime catch-up and no echo unchanged

Known client gap: Android's canSendReaction ignores custom_emoji_reactions once a list is set, so Android can't +1 an existing Reddit image reaction until that's fixed client-side.
