Description

Fix port 80 bind permission denied error when running Nginx as non-root UID 1000:

• Mount an emptyDir volume to /etc/nginx/sites-enabled to shadow Debian's default port 80 listener configuration.
• Ensure Nginx exclusively binds to unprivileged port 8000 defined in neodb.conf.

Statement

• I have tested this application to ensure it is compatible with the Olares OS version stated in the OlaresManifest.yaml
