Tag sync is broken

I don't expect a fix for this and will work around it, but this issue might reduce debugging time for others;

Syncing tags requires vsphere-automation-sdk which itself is deprecated. That package depends on pkg_resources, which is removed from Python 3.12.

Tag sync works with vcf-sdk, the successor of the archived vsphere-automation-sdk: pip install --upgrade vcf-sdk, which is what the README and the Dockerfile do. Its runtime (vmware-vapi-runtime 9.1.1.0) imports without pkg_resources; checked on Python 3.14 with setuptools 84 and in the development image. The option description and the warning still pointed at the old package name, fixed in #572, which goes into v1.9.0.
