Agents sometimes list every new symbol in news fragments, create granular how-to files instead of extending existing topical guides, or use `getattr` where direct attribute access is clearer. Update the documentation, news, and Starlark agent rules and the news review auditor to discourage exhaustive symbol lists in news entries, keep how-to documentation task-oriented within existing guides, and prefer direct attribute access (or a single `hasattr` check for variant types) over `getattr`.
