Turns the Unreleased entry into v1.0.0 and adds the work since #1871: the bm tool and POSIX CLI rebuild, cloud sync/bisync removal, required project scope, the legacy tool removal, the LiteLLM extra, the security hardening batch, and the fixes from the 1.0 live test.
